The North Peak Fund is categorized as a 506(C) fund, meaning all investors MUST be accredited.
To qualify as an Accredited Investor, you must satisfy and be able to verify one or more of these requirements:
- Earn more than $200,000 annually, or $300,000 jointly.
- Have over 1 million dollars in net worth, excluding your primary residence.
How It Works

Developers renovate the property, careful to ensure all systems are completely updated long term ensuring integrity of the home for future investor’s ROI purposes.
Our fund purchases these properties outright. We own the asset.
Depending on the fund, the property is either sold to a Turnkey Investor or held in a bundled package with like properties and cashflowed monthly.
Our fund managers travel quarterly to monitor our current relationships and explore new opportunities around the Midwest region.
